Where we send:

Availability: 

• I try to keep the website up-to-date, but cannot guarantee availability. I will only send substitutes if specifically asked to do so. If I run out of stock in a certain size, I will try to send an alternative size, either a larger plant (for the same price) or a smaller plant (for which you will be charged less, accordingly).

Despatch: 

• Please allow 30 days for despatch, although generally orders will be sent within a week.

Delivery: 

• Orders are sent by courier.

Upon arrival: 

• Please unpack the plants immediately and let me know straight away if there is an issue.

Mail order charges: 

• Minimum order 3 plants, postage and packing £10 for all orders.
